Don't Take 'No' for an Answer

I was once rejected for a rebate. It was sent back to me saying that the model number that I purchased was not eligible for the rebate. However, no where on the offer did it specify which model numbers had to be purchased. So I mailed it back to them stating that and I did get my rebate.
