This cooks up quick and easy. Enjoy!
Brown ground beef or turkey with onion , drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over as is or over rice. Makes 4 servings.
Suggestions:
If you have leftovers, double the dish to have planned leftovers, try this: Heat a few cups of stock (how many will depend on amount of leftovers) and add leftovers to it. Instant soup.
