1/2 pound ground turkey or beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz can lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T. prepared mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
3 T. vinegar
1 T. water
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey and onions until meat is no longer pink. Stir in drained beans, sugar, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and water. Transfer mixture to 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
