In large wok or electric frying pan, combine broccoli and water. Bring water to boil. Cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and steam until broccoli is crisp/tender, about 10 minutes. Add potatoes, ham and stir until heated through (add more water 1/4 cup more water , if necessary to prevent burning).
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Stir well. Add mixture to wok and toss thoroughly. Serves 5.
